The bug they may have changed is that you could drop the other vine seed on an already opened bridge, thus using up both seeds and only have one bridge open. Though depending on when that update was, this bug may still be in effect (i found this out accidently a few weeks ago)

My guild runs a W/A that can go off and kill enemy NPCs on this map. Our team at flagstand usually decides to fight on our side of the vine bridge, allowing for faster flag running. I realize this gives the enemy team the same advantage should they switch sides and fight on their side of the flagstand, which also puts our W/A at risk. Any thoughts?
As for the vine bridge, it's such a double-edged sword. It makes ganking enemy NPCs incredibly easy, but also allows a team to totally gank the Guild Lord at VOD, regardless of who has NPC advantage. Blocking the bridge is key at VOD, as my guild has learned .

I'm not sure if this tactic still works or not, but it's pretty good at gaining ground before the match has started.
Here: The blue team takes the quicker way (the main focus) and the red team takes the longer way. The fight then erupts at the purple X. This gains you partial control over the flag and gets you that one step closer to the enemy base.
Shoot me if I'm a noob, or if this has already been said.
